1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government ties. It does not store official criminal records, run official background checks, retrieve files, or submit documents for a visitor.

The content routes readers to Lunenburg County record custodians, including the sheriff, criminal courts, Virginia State Police CARE and CCRE, and the Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry. Some pages also connect to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of access, you must not:

• Use the website in violation of federal, Virginia, or local law
• Stalk, threaten, or harass a person with information found here
• Use site content for housing, hiring, lending, or insurance decisions
